Steven joined the Firm in 1999 and became a Partner in 2006. He spent 10 years in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group where he gained extensive experience advising clients with respect to the sale and purchase of properties, security documentation and land development schemes.
In 2010 he joined the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, and as head of the Group, he specialises in the areas of Banking and Finance and Capital Markets. He has wide experience in project financing, sovereign and private bond issues and loans, mergers and acquisitions and securitization transactions.
Steven provides advice to the firm’s major corporate clients and conducts seminars on loan and security documentation for several major financial institutions.
He is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago, and the firm’s representative on the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Commerce.
