Experience:

Bryan joined the firm’s Litigation + Dispute Resolution Practice Group in 2015 and since then has acquired considerable experience in several areas of the law, practicing mainly as an Advocate. He has successfully argued a wide range of matters in the Industrial Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Magistrate’s Court and Tax Appeal Board. He has a keen interest in construction law and recently completed FIDIC Online Module 2: Claims under FIDIC 1999 and 2017.

Bryan has delivered training sessions to the staff of private member clubs in Trinidad and Tobago on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Obligations, and regulatory requirements in the gambling and betting industries in Trinidad and Tobago. He currently sits on the Legislative Review and Corporate Commercial & Conveyancing Committees of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago.

He is a member of The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, and the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Bryan is the firm’s representative on the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Commerce.
