Experience:

Paul joined the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in 1987 and moved to the Real Estate Practice Group in 1990. He specializes in all types of real estate transactions including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties and townhouse and condominium schemes.

He also advises on a range of banking and financial transactions with particular emphasis on corporate finance. He represents several of the region’s major financial institutions and advises the firm’s clients on opportunities for tax efficiency in land development schemes.

He conducts training programmes on security documentation for the staff of some of the country’s leading financial institutions and has represented State-owned companies in several property development projects. He is a director of GraceKennedy (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited.

Paul is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago and the Law Society of England and Wales.
