He serves as arbitrator, mediator, claims consultant, technical/legal advisor, and as the chair member of Construction Dispute Adjudication/Review Boards (DABs/DRBs) internationally.
He is a registered Professional Civil Engineer in Trinidad and Tobago. Florida and California.
