Experience:

Jesse joined the firm’s Corporate + Commercial Practice Group in 2017 after successfully completing his 6-month internship at the firm.

Upon completion of his Bachelor of Laws, Jesse pursued a Master of Laws at Queen Mary University, where he specialised in Intellectual Property with a concentration on the commercialization and monetization of intellectual property as an asset by businesses in the technology, entertainment and creative sectors.

As a member of the firm’s Corporate + Commercial Practice Group, Jesse provides advice to clients on a variety of matters including entertainment and commercial contracts, construction law arbitrations and real estate transactions. Jesse has also worked on corporate restructuring and share acquisition transactions as corporate projects for local and regional companies.

Jesse is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago and the firm’s representative on The Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago.
