Experience:

Bryan joined the firm’s litigation team in 2015 and since then has acquired considerable experience in several areas of the law, practicing mainly as an Advocate. He has successfully argued a wide range of matters in the Industrial Court, High Court, Court of Appeal, Magistrate’s Court and Tax Appeal Board. He has a keen interest in construction law and recently completed FIDIC Online Module 2: Claims under FIDIC 1999 and 2017.

Bryan has delivered training sessions to private member clubs and their staff in Trinidad and Tobago on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Obligations and regulatory requirements in the gambling and betting industries in Trinidad and Tobago and currently sits on the Legislative Review Committee and Corporate Commercial and Conveyancing Committee of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago.

He is a member of The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago. Bryan is the firm’s representative member of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Commerce.
