Experience:
Steven joined the firm’s Real Estate Department in 1999 and gained valuable experience in a wide range of real estate and real estate financing transactions. In 2009, Steven joined the Corporate + Commercial Department and is now involved in a variety of commercial transactions, in particular, banking and finance, project financing, joint ventures and land development projects.
Steven provides advice to the firm’s major corporate clients and has been asked to conduct seminars on security documentation for leading lenders. Steven also lends support to the Probate and Estate Planning Department, and deals with the preparation of wills and gives advice to the firm’s clients on estate planning.
He is also one of the firm’s representatives on the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago.
