He serves as arbitrator, mediator, claims consultant, technical/legal advisor, and as the chair member of Construction Dispute Adjudication/Review Boards (DABs/DRBs) internationally.

He drafts/reviews/modifies contracts, specialised agreements, RFPs, ITBs, Variations, Scope of Services for Airports, Intermodal Transportation Centers (with rail), Toll Facilities and Roadways, Major Bridges (fixed and moveable), Material Storage & Handling Facilities, Water Treatment Plants, Docks, LNG Facilities, Onshore and Subsea Pipelines, Schools, Development over Sanitary Landfills, Horizontal, Commercial and Residential construction using traditional design-bid-build, design-build-finance, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), and fast-track project delivery systems.
