Experience:

Ria joined the Firm in 1999 and worked in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Department for over 19 years before becoming an Attorney-at-Law.

She has considerable knowledge and experience in trademark post-registration matters which include transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, assignments, changes of name and address, registered users, renewals. As an Attorney-at-Law, Ria manages a significant portion of the post-registration portfolio as well as contentious and non-contentious trademark matters.
