Kirt Conrad Walrond is an Associate Attorney-at-Law in the Firm’s Estate Administration and Real Estate Departments. He was admitted to practice in Trinidad and Tobago in 2009 after completing his course of studies for the Legal Education Certificate at the Hugh Wooding Law School and joined the firm in September, 2017.
Prior to joining us, Kirt spent six (6) years as a Legal Officer in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development where he advised on and prepared Leases and Licenses for Government Agencies, advised on employment contracts and on issues under the Land Tenants (Security of Tenure) Act and other legislative matters and rendered general legal advice on property and estate administration matters affecting the Ministry and its agencies. He was also the Alternate Designated Officer responsible for responding to requests made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act Chap.22.02
Since joining the firm, Kirt’s portfolio includes the preparation of Wills, applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, general estate administration advice, review of title searches, preparation of Agreements for sale, conveyances and Deeds of Assent.
