Experience:

Jesse joined the firm’s Corporate + Commercial Department in 2017after successfully completing his 6 month internship at our firm.
Upon completion of his Bachelor of Laws, Jesse went on to pursue a Master of Laws at Queen Mary University, where he specialised in Intellectual property with a concentration on the commercialisation and monetisation of intellectual property as an asset by businesses in the technology, entertainment and creative sectors.

In our Corporate + Commercial Department Jesse provides advice to clients on a variety of matters including, entertainment and commercial contracts, construction law arbitrations and real estate transactions. Jesse has also worked on corporate restructuring and share acquisition transactions as corporate projects for local and regional companies.
