Experience:
Irena joined the Firm in 1994 and worked in the Firm’s Real Estate Department for over 12 years before becoming an Attorney-at-Law in 2008.
Irena has considerable experience in real estate transactions and corporate and commercial matters. These transactions include preparation of all legal documentation and advising on the sale and purchase of properties, securities including Mortgages and Debentures, share sale transactions and structuring of land/condominium/townhouse/housing developments for private individuals and land developers.
