Experience:
Donna-Marie is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial department. While Donna-Marie is proficient in various areas of law, her practice in the firm is focused mainly in the corporate and commercial area. She delivers advice to her clients on a wide range of subjects including corporate issues, securities, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial matters.
Donna-Marie has worked in large commercial, quasi-government and private sector entities for most of her professional life, and clearly understands what matters most to her corporate clients and ensures that their needs are met in a professional and timely manner. She is also in charge of the firm’s large estate planning practice, which includes the preparation of wills and trusts and general administration of estates.
Donna-Marie has co-authored a number of articles in leading international publications in the areas of Securitisation, Lending and Secured Finance and gas regulation.
Donna-Marie is a director on the board of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange.
